Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components into their original packaging to ensure items are protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and schedule a carrier pickup or drop off the package at an authorized shipping location.
